Wewin55 Terms & Conditions – Rights, Responsibilities & Platform Rules for Malaysia

By accessing, registering for, or using the wewin55 platform in any capacity, you expressly confirm your agreement to these Terms & Conditions and all related documents, including wewin55's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with registration or use of the wewin55 platform.

Wewin55 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. Continued use of the wewin55 platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To be eligible for membership and to use wewin55's services, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration. wewin55 takes seriously its responsibility to prevent underage individuals from accessing this platform.
• Is an individual registering on their own behalf — not on behalf of a third party or business entity.
• Not subject to any court order or law that prohibits you from participating in betting or gambling activities.
• Registering only one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any funds held within them.
• Not using VPN services, proxies, or any other technical means to disguise your actual location when accessing wewin55.

Wewin55 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. If verification cannot be completed within the specified period, the account may be suspended until the process is finalised.

When registering a wewin55 account, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address (if requested). Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keep your account password confidential. Do not share it with anyone, including family members or friends.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access to it.
• Notify wewin55 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, through our support channels.
• Keeping your account information up to date. Any change to your phone number or other details must be updated promptly via account settings or through wewin55 customer support.

Wewin55 supports a range of deposit methods popular in Malaysia. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) only. Supported deposit methods include:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — deposits processed within 30 seconds
• DuitNow — real-time transfers via phone number or account number
• GrabPay — fast deposits via the GrabPay app
• Boost eWallet — instant deposit via the Boost app
• ShopeePay — deposit via Shopee app
• FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other FPX member banks) — internet banking transfer

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for most payment methods. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. wewin55 reserves the right to reject or hold deposits that cannot be verified for ownership. Any deposit made using a payment method not listed above will not be processed and will be returned.

Wewin55 is committed to processing all withdrawal requests promptly and fairly. The following are the withdrawal terms and procedures every member should be aware of:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by the wewin55 team.
• Most withdrawals are completed within 5 minutes after the application is approved. In cases requiring additional review, the process may take up to 24 hours.
• Wewin55 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing large withdrawals or a member's first withdrawal. This is a security measure to protect your account.
• Any withdrawal attempt suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or eWallet registered in the same name as the wewin55 account. wewin55 does not permit withdrawals to third parties under any circumstances.

Wewin55 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, daily deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, and special event offers. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and conditions as stated on the promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all wewin55 promotions:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account, phone number, residential address, and IP address unless otherwise stated.
• 150% Welcome Bonus up to RM750 is for first-time new member deposits only, with a minimum deposit of RM30 and an 8x rollover requirement within 30 days.
• Rollover is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. Example: a bonus of RM150 requires a rollover of RM1,200 (RM150 × 8).
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the rollover requirements have been fully met.
• Wewin55 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if abuse, system manipulation, or a breach of terms is suspected.
• Bonuses may only be combined with other promotions if this is explicitly stated in the terms of the relevant promotion.

All bets placed on the wewin55 platform are subject to the rules governing each respective sport or casino game. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing any bets. wewin55 provides game rules information for every game available on the platform.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and table category. Current limits are displayed in real time on the platform during your gaming session.
• For Sports Betting — including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, tennis, NBA, and esports — the official match result is final for bet settlement purposes.
• Confirmed bets cannot be changed, cancelled, or withdrawn except under circumstances defined by wewin55 betting rules (such as postponed or cancelled matches).
• In the event of a discrepancy between results displayed on the wewin55 platform and other official sources, wewin55's result shall be final once the investigation has been concluded.
• Bets placed after a match has started (in-play) are subject to wewin55's live betting rules, which may differ from pre-match betting rules.

For digital casino games, wewin55's random number generator (RNG) has been independently verified by a third party to ensure full fairness. For live dealer games, outcomes are determined by actual physical results — cards, dice, or a roulette wheel — captured via live stream.

To maintain a safe, fair, and enjoyable platform environment for all wewin55 members, the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure, as well as forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate the betting system, exploit software bugs, or use technical methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other members to abuse the bonus system, or any form of bonus arbitrage.

• False Information: Providing false identification or impersonating another individual.
• Technical Disruptions: Any attempt to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorised access to wewin55's systems or servers.
• Shared Account: Allowing another individual to use your account, or using an account belonging to someone else.

Wewin55 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account in the following circumstances:

• Suspected violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from law enforcement authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period with no activity recorded.

You may also close your wewin55 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed, all active rollover requirements must be completed or waived, and any valid balance (not subject to any conditions) will be returned to you.

Wewin55 takes responsible gambling very seriously. We believe that betting should remain a controlled and enjoyable form of entertainment — not something that causes financial or psychological harm to any individual. As a responsible platform, wewin55 provides the following tools for all members:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits: Set a limit on how much you can deposit within a given time period.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, wewin55 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Financial losses from betting activities, which are a risk fully accepted by the member upon using the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond wewin55's control, such as third-party internet network issues, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from a member's failure to keep their own account login credentials secure.
• Any delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as banks or eWallet operators.

However, this limitation of liability does not exempt wewin55 from responsibility in cases of proven gross negligence or fraud on wewin55's part.

Wewin55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before taking effect. Minor amendments relating to language clarity or typographical corrections may be made without prior notice.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the member and wewin55. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit the dispute to a mutually agreed arbitration process.
